My wife has been dealing with Fibromyalgia for years now, and while not quite CFS, exercise and motion have always gone hand in hand with pain for her....but the introduction of the WiiFit to our household last month has been a giant hit. While I've only gotten to it 2 or 3 times a week, it's become a daily tool for her and she LOVES it... While a bit late to getting around to the post, just wanted to add my agreement.
